General information on shipping and returns

Fast dispatch is a priority for our team. Orders are dispatched from the United States. and we offer as many options as we can to ensure affordable shipping tailored to the needs of our customers. 

If Express Post is selected we will do everything we can to dispatch same day. If it's not possible to post same day - next day dispatch is guaranteed. 

Free Shipping Offer - Terms & Conditions
Free Shipping applies to standard shipping - Australian customers only. Please allow 8 business days in transit depending on your location and the carrier. 
We can only offer Authority to leave packages unless Courier with signature option has been selected.

Upgraded shipping options including Express and Courier services are offered at check-out from $8
If you require the Post office to hold the package for your signature, please choose Express option.

New Zealand Customers - Flat $20 is applicable for shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Faulty / Defective Items
Happy customers are most important to us and so we do all we can to avoid faulty / defective items but if for some reason you have received an item that’s damaged, faulty or not as described please let us know straight away!

We will refund or exchange any faulty or defective items. Please ensure you send notification and a photo to show us the problem within 14 days of receipt. Our team will work with you on options to resolve the issue. 

Change of mind
You can return an item purchased for exchange within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will need to email info@babyink.com.au to advise the team of your intention to return. 
It must also be in the original packaging and the postage costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest the item is shipped with a tracking ID / proof of receipt. 
Refunds are not eligible for change of mind but we will assist with an exchange. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within 7 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be
refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We strongly suggest the item is shipped
with a tracking ID / proof of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for un-tracked items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
