We offer fast dispatch from Dallas (TX). USA or Melbourne Australia and your order will be automatically updated once dispatched with a tracking ID to follow it's progress. Please note - import taxes and charges are not included in the price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy:
Faulty / Defective Items
Happy customers are most important to us and so we do all we can to avoid faulty / defective items but if for some reason you have received an item that’s damaged, faulty or not as described please let us know straight away!
We will refund or exchange any faulty or defective items. Please ensure you send notification and a photo to show us the problem within 14 days of receipt. Our team will work with you on options to resolve the issue.
Change of mind
You can return an item purchased for exchange within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the postage costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to email email@example.com to advise the team of your intention to return and further instructions will be provided to you. Refunds are not eligible for change of mind but we will assist with an exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
